Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1/3 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons minced green onion

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Add coconut milk, vegetable oil, lime zest, lime juice, green onion, fish sauce, and honey to a canning jar. Screw on lid and shake until combined. Chill up to 1 week.
